Orders and Delivery

Orders are only accepted via the internet.

All items purchased before 11 am Monday to Friday will be posted the same day, wherever possible. 

All items purchased between Friday 11 am and 11 am Monday, will be posted on Monday where possible. 

All items purchased during Bank Holidays will be posted on the first available working day.
UK orders are usually shipped via either Royal Mail 2nd class or Hermes Tracked.
We retain the right to use a different delivery company to that advertised if we require to do so for whatever reason.
Dates and times of delivery are estimates only.

GREight Stuff strives to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, however, we do not accept liability for goods delivered on an unspecified day.
I do not accept liability for shortage of goods delivered, or damage to deliveries unless I am notified via messages within three days of the goods being delivered.
International orders are shipped via tracked post where available and delivery times vary from 2-8 weeks. Please note that I cannot guarantee delivery times. Tracking numbers will be sent via the shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
The buyer is liable for any Customs or Import Duty.

What are the Payment Options?

Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit or debit Card.
Payment for goods must be received before the goods are despatched.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items have a 30-day refund policy. Please contact me via a message service if you wish to return your item.
You may return any item that is faulty or damaged or any item that is still in an unopened box for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. G
REight Stuff reserves the right to test and check returns and impose the customer a fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product and is found to be No Fault Found, or if the item is not able to be re-sold in the same condition due to minor use or broken seals on the packaging.
Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse is missing parts or packaging, or is in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering will be subject to a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Missing Parts / Accessories or Damage need to be reported with 7 days of receiving the item. After this period G
REight Stuff cannot be held responsible and may not be able to help in regards to returns or replacement parts.
Please note my prices include UK standard delivery and any items that are returned due to change or mind, purchased by mistake, or found not to be faulty may have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund. For example, the original cost of the item was £19.97, GREight-Stuff cost to ship the order was £4 so you will receive a refund of £15.97. I do not profit from this it only covers my cost to originally ship the item to you.
Please allow 5-7 working days from the date you return if delivered for your refund to be processed.
I am unable to refund any delayed orders as this is out of my control.

I am committed to protecting your privacy. I collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. I will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from me. The type of information I will collect about you is that which is given at the time of ordering. You can check the information that I hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies I will delete or correct them promptly.
